- Dark grey
- Black throat and upper breast

Female: olive-brown with a whitish throat
Distribution
South America: found in Peru, Bolivia and Brazil

- South-central Brazil and extreme north-eastern Bolivia (north-eastern Santa Cruz)

Lowland evergreen forests, mostly between 300 to 650m.
