    Sadly, Vortex quality control is all over the place

    Ordered Vortex D200(old version of Dback 8X28) which was advertised as such, but received the replacement DB200. Dealer probably thought it was doing me a favor...not so...worst CA I've even seen. All the way thru sweetspot to edges in every low to high contrast view. Granted I haven't looked...

    Digital Zoom

    I agree with marcobf... in non-scientific comparison, the tele-extender 1.5 results in as good or better resolution as 1200m optical. Also easier to use monopod or lite weight tripod wihout shake.

    Zen Ray website "photos"

    Just more of the "2 guys in a garage" aura that seems to surround Zen Ray. The website is one of the poorest I've seen done be an international vendor.

    Is Zen Ray still in business? Can't get support.

    In January I placed ordered and then had to cancel it(duplicaton). My emails went unanswered, and I began to call the US number. Repeated attempts during business hours went to voice mail, and still no response. Complained to my credit card company, and then, lo and behold, an email from Zen...
