Hello again ! I guess it's a Rough-legged Buzzard ? Quite a lot of lines on the tail though, and rather weak light breast-band ? The pray looks like a rat or maybe a young squirrel ? Thanks ! \surfan

Yes, yet another sound-mystery. NE. Sweden

Yes, for me too (the "whistling"), but, it was at least 150 m away and shouldn't be possible to record with mobile from that distance ? And those "calls" before the "whistling" doesn't sound like Bullfinch ? Thanks for your answer !

Yes, yet another sound-mystery. NE. Sweden

Hello. This one flew into a mire(marsh), between pine-hills, and did the calls in the soundfile. Than flew away. It was at the mire for maybe 40-60 secs. One or a few calls, then a pause and then a sad "whistling". I have NEVER heard that ! Thanks for listening ! \surfan

    ID from sound. N. Sweden

I've listened to a lot of Wood Lark recordings now, and there are some similarities in there, i think. Tried to make the soundfile a little better.

    Two-notes sound ID. N.Sweden

Hmmm.. checked out alarm call for Wren now, but it's not a 2-note at all? LOTS of notes from the Wren. The "tchip-tchip" is another bird. "My" bird made only 2-notes call, no tchipping !
  21. S

    Two-notes sound ID. N.Sweden

Yes, there were Bramblings and Siskins too.
  22. S

    Two-notes sound ID. N.Sweden

Yes, the voice is like a Great Tit, but i have NEVER heard them do that sound and i have heard thousands of Great Tits. Well, i thought of Willow Tit or Sibirian Tit too, but i don't know. Thanks for your answer !

    ID from sound. N. Sweden

Hello. On a deforestation deep in a pineforest. The bird can be heard twice, at the beginning and at the end of the recording. It sounds a little like a redwing at the beginning, but it was NOT a Redwing ! The BirdNet app suggests Wood Lark. Any thoughts ? Thanks \surfan

    Two-notes sound ID. N.Sweden

Hello. Deep in a pineforest, we heard this one, with two-notes phrases. Maybe "just" a Great Tit ? Thanks \surfan
