    That looks a superb device, but it does need a hotshoe (my Mk1 sony hasnt got one), and possibly only works with sony. What I use is a loupe similar to this one on my compact camera which will fit all 3" LCD screens. Loupe for 3" Screens See image below.

    Devon Birding

    From the hide - 100's of Lapwing and Canada geese at Topsham today, plus many various duck types including a few busy pin tailed. Also saw a lone godwit nearby with the ducks. Plus a lone egret very near the viewing platform.

    Eyepice make swapping !!!

    Update... Okay as I said I eventually ended up buying the opticron SDL zoom eyepiece - and have to say I am really thrilled with it. So I guess my 32x hi-def eyepiece must have be a faulty one. As many have said that opticron after sales/service dept are very helpfull I will contact them...
