    Don’t let them cull buzzards

I couldn't agree more. We often put one speices above others as we try to manage ever decreasing habitats. Culling Buzzards to protect Garden birds is just stupid.

wolves now living in south eastern ontario

oh how i wish we in blighty were in a position to post about wolves near my town. The Uk ecosystem lacks large carnivores these days. Although with such a high density of humans its unlikely there could ever be a successful reintroduction as has been discussed on here before. My sister in law...

    8x top models revisited

For me a brighter image is important but the machanics and ergonomics must be right too. When choosing kit i beleive you should buy the very best you can afford but buy only once. often my friends have settled for cheaper kit that then wears out or they decide to up grade thus spending more in...

    COUNTRY INNOVATION or PARAMO

i am a fan of ventile. i prefer natural fibres. Take a look at West winds and snowsled as well. Both companies make top kit. Not cheap but good. Paramo is also good and very breathable. But does need regular reproffing with Nikwax and is made of artifical materials. Sussex Lowland rescue...
