    Anyone else seen escape Raptor, norfolk, UK

    Was ringing at a site near Woodbastwick in the Broads yesterday and saw a medium-large sized short-broad winged raptor fly over. It was unlike any european raptor, clearly an escape, possibly Roadside Hawk? no bins in hand. anyone else seen this bird and give an ID? Just out of interest? Cheers...
