Does the SLC HD have smaller eyecups than the swarovision?

They are the same. I'm sending my SV back. I can't stant the new eye cups, they don't stay in place and if they are at the highest setting you lose some FOV. I'll stick with my old EL's for now.

I'm going to call Swarovski tomorrow and ask them. I can't seem to get used to the Swarovision eyecups.

    How good is Leica's warranty?

If that's the case Leica should have a great warranty for the amount they charge for binoculars.

    How good is Leica's warranty?

Here is Leica's warranty on the HD Ultravid. Free parts for 10 years free labor for the first 5 years. Sounds like they don't have much faith in their products. I've read A LOT of negative stuff about their warranty repairs and customer service. The biggest thing being how much they charge...

    8x20's?

Tell me your experience with them. Good or bad? I'm looking at a pair for my wife and I to use at concerts, graduations, and sporting events etc. No dealer around me has them in stock so I can only look at the pictures. They seem perfect. Very small and weigh hardly anything.

    Swarovski 15x56 SLC WB/NEU...Confused...???

The SLC Neu bino's (dark green) have the Swaroclean coatings and better Ergonomics. The lenses and the rest fo the coatings are the same as the last version of the SLC's. From what I understand (although I never looked through them) you need a tripod to use the 15x56's. Is this correct? What...

    Glare Question?

Thanks for all the replies. I got my Swarovski EL's 8.5x42 last Thursday and went on a 3 day hunting trip and they are great. The first thing I did was stand on my back deck (the same place I had the glare problem with the Zeiss 3 days in a row) with no glare problems at all. Darrell

    Glare Question?

Thanks for responding Bob. I have tried moving the eyecups at different heights moving them away from my face. I have already adjusted the IPD. It was a cloudy day yesterday it even happened at dusk. It happens all the time. I even let me wife look through them (I don't think she has ever...
