    Interesting. My originally thought was that this was a Variable, in which case it would be a 1st for this site. I have sent the pic to the Dragonfly Society but am still waiting a response from them.

    F5.6 @ 125sec, although I have to admit I was leaning against an oak tree for support, and really I should have used ISO 800 rather than 400, but I got away with it.     One of my favorite birds, and one thats taken a long time to capture a decent image of, as they are constantly on the move. Hand held in not very good lighting (you can make out a streak of rain to the left of its tail), so I was quite surprised how well this came out.
