    Ldv Anybody who knows the Geoff Smith hide at the North duff carrs, this might explain why the birds were absent at 10.30 this morning!! the hide is at the point of the arrow! also had a peregrine and a marsh harrier almost working together to find food. more here http://zingsldv.blogspot.co.uk/

    Car park (picnick area) just after bridge at Bubwith had woodcock there 3 times. it roosts in the gully at the back of the car park.

    LDV Update. Status of LDV at 3pm today. very very busy! wigeon, teal,whoopers, lapwing in big numbers golden plover, ruff, dunlin, pintail. good luck for tomorrow but you will need to avoid the dog walkers and the artillery! don't forget the car park at the bridge regular Woodcock spot...
