    Hi, I’m using a Manfrotto q6 style qr plate on my spotting scope to tripod. I’d like to find a small ball head that will fit a q6 clamp on it, for my window mount. can anyone suggest a model that will accept this part? Thanks

    Hi, Is there an adapter so that I can put a balance rail or an arca Swiss style clamp on my Manfrotto 700rc head? When I’m digiscoping, the camera throws the balance of a touch and i want to be able to slide the scope forward a touch. Thanks.

    A snowlflake stuck to a strand of spider silk that is barely visible at the top left of the photo, taken with an Olympus TG-4. Great little camera to keep in the pocket!

    I couldn't really tell the difference between the kowa, swarovski and nikon scopes when I tried them, I thought the ziess definitely had a yellow tint. If I were you I'd try to find a nikon 82ed, it is the best scope for the money in my opinion... I would have bought it but I got a good deal on...

    I agree. I will also add that after 15 years of researching venomous snakes I have not once felt threatened or in any danger. Their ill-deserved reputation would be laughable if it weren't so tradgic... My most dangerous encounter... probably wasp nests.
