    Norwich Birding

    I saw a pair of Buzzard soaring high over Havelock Road c.1650 today heading south. Not that unusual these days I know but it was only last summer that I saw Buzzards from my GT garden for the first time.

    Norwich Birding

    Two Sedge Warblers singing at Thorpe Marshes earlier today and a pair of Kingfishers showing really well on the Whitlingham side of the river. Also Peacock, Small Tort. and Orange Tip butterflies and a Grass Snake.

    Wandered around the UEA lake this afternoon and came across a conventicle of magpies in trees to the south, 50+ individuals.
