you don't have to go to eBay UK and convert currency, he was just giving an example. Go to eBay and look at completed listings for the USA.

a few things you didn't mention: (1) does it have an eyepiece or just the body? and (2) is it angled or straight?

Some recent completed listings:

- a Televid 77 (not APO) angled with 32x fixed eyepiece sold for $1100.
- a Televid 77 APO w/20-60x zoom eyepiece in xint condition sold for $1650.
- another APO 77 w/20-60x zoom eyepiece sold for $1675.
- another non-APO 77 w/20-60x zoom eyepiece sold for $1000.
