Northern Waterthrush or Maybe not
I have to say that seeing a new species in my garden is very exciting. Then comes the task of hunting down the species. It took me a while but it appears to be a Northern Waterthrush. I did come across an image here in the forums that looked very similar but the one at my feeder was larger. He is a little big for my finch feeder but he or she manages.
UPdate: I was advised by Stonechat below it is a female red-winged blackbird.
