Hi All

Pondering a new body, most likely will end up with a 50D,but wondering about a 7D,are these favoured by birders?is there much of am improvement on a 50D.

I use a 400 mm F 5.6 prime on a 450D body,and I am happy with results,I am told a 50D is really not a huge amount of improvement picture wise,but a lot easier to hold and use.I used a 7D last week,the shutter I thought was quite noisy.Any thoughts and advice,greatly appreciated.thanks

Is a bear catholic?

Yes, some say that the 7D is the best APS-C camera for birding. The autofocus options alone are, in my opinion, worth the extra cash.
