I found this in central Alberta. Is it a northern pacific pygmy?

Hi rcky and welcome to Birdforum. It's a Northern Saw-whet. The broad white 'V' on the face, streaked forehead, covered nostrils and broad brown streaks on the underparts rule out Pygmy. Superb photo by the way.
