Red-Tailed Hawk confirm? (San Leandro, CA, USA) (1 Viewer)

Since I keep mixing-up the two hawk youngsters where I photograph (one Red-Tailed, one Red-Shouldered), I'd appreciate if someone can confirm this is the Immature Red-Tailed Hawk.

Apologies in advance for the sub-par photos...more of the (in)famous flat, overcast weather with a light fog between myself and the hawk. Takes quite a bit of rescuing in Photoshop.

THANKS!
