An acquaintance saw in this pic a belted kingfisher, the beak en head look a bit like that, but the tail and plumage not. That looks more like a eastern kingbird (outer tail white and round)? Taken in Cuba.

I can't say what it is but I can say what it isn't and it definitely isn't a Kingfisher. Someone else should be able to give you a positive ID. Not exactly up on my Cuban birds. ;)
