Hi I'm new here. I'm a student in an environmental management course and I need to discuss, along with many other things, the wildlife I observed in a local park.
This park is Shoreline Park in Port Moody, BC, Canada:

The water you see is the very end of a fairly long inlet connected to the Pacific Ocean, right near Vancouver. Most of the birds hung out in the trees or right on the water's edge on the tidal flats where I photographed them.
Some more helpful info:
All photos were taken between late September and late October.
Bird list for the park:

I think these are very common species and probably easy to identify, I just don't really know anything at all about birds.
The ones I observed could be broken into a couple different groups:
-small black ones
-larger black ones
-large white/light grey
-small and grey
-geese
-ducks
I think the smaller black ones are crows.
So, in short, can you guys tell me what birds you see in these photos? I apologize for the quality and composition, they're mostly the result of me zooming in on much larger photos.

I realize the photos are quite small, Photobucket wouldn't let me upload them at the moment so I'm just using Facebook. I'll upload larger ones of some of them either tonight or tomorrow, feel free to request which ones.
Thanks a million! I'll post nice photography of mine instead of this crap as a reward should you guys help me!
