Nikon 10 x 50 Trailblazer or Action EX
Has anyone opinions of which may be the better optics, the trailblazer or the EX.
Have seen poor reports on the Nikon Sporter 10x50's

Budget about £120-£130

Of those two I would choose the Action EX definitely for the optics. The 10x50 is pretty chunky though. The 8x40 would be steadier in the hand more manageable and a better field of view.

I agree with David on this one. The Action EX will have a fuller image. The only thing to contest with that is the durability. My trailblazers have withstood more hardy bumps than the Action EX, but all of that is covered under warranty anyways.
