Duck in Netherlands (1 Viewer)

I have a permission from the author of these pictures to ask for identification. The novice bird photographer took a bunch of pictures on his trip to Netherlands and one of them is this duck. Is this just a domestic mallard, cross between a mallard and some Spatula sp., or a normal individual of an exotic duck species that just escaped in a park in Netherlands? These were the options we collectively suggested.
The other pictures from the same lake show just Canada Geese, no other ducks are visible.
