My name is william and I have just joined. I am a young amateur bird watcher and have seen a variety of birds. I only started bird watching in the middle of summer last year but have all ready seen some special sightings. I have seen a bittern, hen harrier, short eared owl and most importantly I have seen a Pallid harrier twice in the last 2 weeks in norfolk. Looking forward to getting to know this site.

Hi William and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news. Norfolk is a rather special place, isn't it. I had a great time there last May.
