Hi Birders,

Please help ID this tern. I think it is a Common Tern but ebird says it is uncommon.

Common. Forsters wouldn't have the very bold carpal bar and the dark subterminal bars on the tips of the tertials. The black "hood" wouldn't reach the nape, but be a rather more extensive, and scruffier, version of a winter adults.
