House Crow predating ?? (1 Viewer)

Guys,

Whilst in the Omanni port of Salalah, I witnessed a vicious attack from 3 House Crows on a species of wader ?

Two attacked it in flight, then whilst it was injured on the surface until they'd killed it.

Is this common for this Corvid, and if possible whats the poor bird about to be breakfast in the desert ?

Not a wader. Looks more like a Tern....

House Crows will take anything, they were a real scourge all along the coast of Sri Lanka.
