Keyhaven Marshes (1 Viewer)

Hopefully someone will be able to help here.
I spent yesterday morning birding Keyhaven Marshes and came across the oddest bird. It was obviously an escape and had black face and throat, bright lemon yellow crown and nape and the remainder of the body being the same black and yellow. Also had a very short tail and an odd buzzing sound as a call. I immediately thought of one of the weavers but upon looking at books on my return Yellow Crowned Bishop seemed to be closer.
My question is really has anyone else seen it and what actually was it?????!!

Thanks...on further investigation it looks to be one of the Masked Weavers. Has anyone else seen this bird around at Keyhaven?
