I know that this is a commom bird, but, I want to be sure because it is seen in january in romania, and I dont know how common in this bird in winter here.

Yes, it should be common in January in Romania. My friends here in Serbia have them visiting the bird feeders during the snow season; they seem to want to guard the feeder from other birds so putting several feeding stations around is a good idea.
