Mystery Backyard falcon (1 Viewer)

Hi there, just curious if anyone here can make out what kind of bird this is. There are a couple of them living in our area, they love the sparrows. I assume its a sparrowhawk but what do I know. I live in eastern WA state.

Yes it seems like we have two different birds here - a Cooper's in the first set of pics and a Sharp-shinned in the second set. At any rate - accipiters and not falcons.
