I need some help with this one. I was guessing a Red Tailed Hawk, but it seemed really large and somehow seems different from most I see here. Thanks for looking and your help!

I appreciate everyone's help. I enlarged it and did see red in the tail. That is one huge hawk, he must be eating everything in Texas!
 
It's definitely there, but you may have to adjust the contrast settings on your monitor to see it. Mine has a "game mode" that works like a contrast mask (brightens the inky shadows (where an enemy player might be hiding)); in that mode the red is obvious. With standard settings, I can tell it's not anything else (no stripes or anything) but it's too dark to be called red.
