Vortex VIP warranty on secondhand instruments? (2 Viewers)

Dear forumers

last december I have purchased from a private in Milan a secondhand Vortex Kaibab HD 15x56 of which am very fond.

I wonder if the Vortex VIP warranty can be transferred with no problem to the secondhand optics and therefore to the subsequent owners.

Can someone give me details on this?

Vortex is famous for their awesome warranty and customer service. I have never read about a bad experience with them. Yes, its transferable.
