raptors near Tlemcen, Algeria (1 Viewer)

Hi

Saw these two birds today circling each other over some snow-capped mountains in western Algeria. My thoughts were eagle (Spanish Imperial? Tawny?) and maybe a hawk, but ... Well, thanks for your help!
