Much has been written about redpolls and their variability this autumn/winter here on BF. Just do a quick search! Controversial opinions anyway... I think people are getting bored because flammea and hornemanni mostly can't be separated with enough confidence. Why bother? Are they separate species at all? Whatever, I'd say they look good for hornemanni, but who knows... I only say they are most probably of tundra origin.

That may of course change in the future - but for the time being, we have to try and come to some sort of ID judgement on them.
Personally, I think the flank streaking is a bit too heavy for hornemanni, so I'd be inclined to go for flammea.
