Dear Colleagues,
I would be grateful if any other members could tellme if this a dog fox or a vixen which was taken on the 3rd jan 05.

As far as I know, like any other dog species, you have to look for certain..... um..... 'parts' .... under the tail... to know if it's male or female. You can't tell from a side profile unless it was a nursing female.
