Twin-spot Quaker for the first, Common Quaker for the second and not sure for the third - I'm sure its a Micro, perhaps a very worn Diurnea Fagella....
I think the square I refer to is my square. Thanks for the help. I'll ask the county recorder to confirm pine beauty is new to my square though, just to be sure.
Moth trap at RSPB Coombes Valley last night.
Clouded drab 48
Common quaker 47
Oak beauty 7
Small quaker 26
Hebrew character 24
Twin-spotted quaker 11
Chestnut 6
Satellite 2
Early grey 1
And hopefully I am right that the attached photo is an Early tooth striped (corrections welcome). Making 173 moths in total. Puts my 7 from the previous night to shame a little!!

Socksitis - I would love to get Emperor Moth. I've never even seen one!! Well done.Have moved the trap to an area with some more willow than the garden, good bright shed wall behind the 125MV trap. I still never expected to see what I have just seen - a female Emperor moth! Have now put her into a net cage to see if we can attract a male - never tried this before.
Could be an intersting morning.
