I think the duck is a gadwall as the beak looks more orange than yellow for a mallard. I have seen almost no game birds but I am guessing from research that this is a female red grouse. The wader i am thinking is a curlew as the bill is very long and curved more than bent and there is not much of a supercilium. The bird of prey flew over for just about one second , but the lighter marking on the underwing makes me guess a common buzzard.
