Nocturnal call, London (outer) (1 Viewer)

Quite foxed by a nocturnal call I've been hearing for the last couple of months. The call is always three short, distinct notes, quite loud and course, like a loud cluck. Notes are similar, perhaps rising slightly. Sorry no recording as yet. It's a suburban area but with a good number of trees about. Any ideas?!

Reminds me of the alarm call of a Blackbird. We have those "alarming" at night as well, 3 short notes, slightly rising.
