Hello!
Help, please, with identification.
Photos were made at North-Western Ukraine 04/01/2017.
Unfortunately I have only one photo of this bird.

It looks like some kind of skua/jaeger. I don't have much experience with them, so given the quality of the picture, I can't tell which species. Based on their ranges, the Arctic Skua seems most likely.
