Hi! Help please with identification of Redpoll. Carduelis cabaret vs Carduelis flammea?

There appears to be a lack of white features to the subject…ie wing bars/rump, thus might suggest cabaret over flammea, if you feel you don’t want to lump it. 👍

Agree with Ken - if I saw this in UK I probably wouldn't give it a second look - it certainly fits what we would think of as cabaret (and while they're candidates for lumping on recent evidence, AFAIK they're still treated as separate species by IOC and Clements).
