Hello

I thought this might be a good place to ask a question about binoculars.

I was having a loft clear-out the other and came across these brass beauties! I shined them up and got them looking lovely. Only thing is i don't know anything about them, and i cant really make out the makers mark. I've googled pairs like it but nothing match the makers mark? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

. Hi Jamie, welcome.

. This is a standard field glass, maybe British or French. Perhaps 1910 or a bit earlier or later.

Value about £10 if both images are aligned correctly. However, you may be able to get a bit more if somebody fancies it.

The name could be the pharmacist, optician, or any store that sold them. There are numerous names.
Try looking up opticians locally.

P. S.
Also try Ships Chandlers or Marine suppliers in coastal towns in Devon and Cornwall.
