This bird flew into a classroom where my brother teaches in Papua NG. Anyone have a clue what it is? He's not into birds so he has no idea.
He's at Ukurumpa, which I think is the lower part of the highlands.

Yes but it's not the default swallow, and you'd expect the tail streamers to be longer and wing shape to be a bit different (unless juv, or post moult). Perhaps it's just my ignorance, but I'd go for the default species or leave it at "swallow sp."
