Steiner binoculars repair/customer service experience (1 Viewer)

A few weeks ago I returned my Predator 8x30 binoculars to Steiner. I requested special eye cups in addition to other work: replace armor and general service. Three weeks later I had my binoculars in hand and all work was performed beautifully and at zero charge.

I know Steiner isn't popular with the birding community but I want everyone to know about my positive experience.

Hi Nathan, I am glad you got your Steiner fixed, first time I have ever read anything like that about Steiner. Do you still have your Zeiss? You have added some great pictures there Nathan!

I do still have my Zeiss Safari and I don't plan on parting with them any time soon.

Thanks for the picture accolades, I haven't had much time for flickr or anything else for that matter since the twins arrived.

Regards
