Had a pair of Bullfinches in my garden for the last few months. I noticed a few days ago the female was standing on one leg. Today I saw that her claw was swollen like what as been mentioned about Greenfinches on these forums. Does anybody know if there is anything what can be put on seed to stop this. I have used Ivermectin on budgies to kill mites but that as to be applied directly to the bird.
