Swimming Bald Eagle! (1 Viewer)

Was driving by a pond yesterday and I saw a large bird in the pond. I grabbed my binoculars to see what kind of goose it was. It was a bald eagle! Somehow he was in the drink! The bird made it out, and seemed to be eating something, so the fishing wasn't a complete loss.

Also saw a pair of pileateds, a kestrel, and a shrike today. I don't see shrikes really often, so glad to see that one.
