I think that is a middle spotted woodpecker les.
A great spotted would show a black crown and the black cheek patch would almost connect up with the crown.
A lesser spotted wouldn't have the large white patch on the back.

Yep, Middle Spotted Wood. The streaks on flanks and belly and the crown color are good pointers.
