DNA samples are being taken from newly-born peregrine falcon chicks in Cornwall to try to catch bird dealers. It is hoped to prevent chicks from being stolen during the current breeding season and being sold on to dealers, particularly those abroad.
 
A disgusting trade

Its about time certain Arab countries get their act together on this one - they are now as big a black hole for various Falcon Spp. as China is for illegal Rhino/Tiger products:C
