Saw this little one this morning,a vireo I believe,but not sure what type.thanks for the feedback as always.

If this is a Philadelphia vireo I don't believe they range in the bronx this time of the year.I think it's uncommon.I could be wrong.we have nesting warbling vireos.this doesn't look like a warbling to me.

Philadelphia Vireo should have a bright yellow throat, which this bird doesn't. It looks like Warbling Vireo to me. It has a "plain" looking face. Looks a little odd, but I think it is wet which may account for its appearance.
