Oriental or Indian Scops-owl/Kerala-India (1 Viewer)

Saw this beauty last night from a paddyfield in Kerala, India. The ear tufts are comparitively smaller (I feel) and facial disc color is more fainted.. So I personally go for Oriental but I like to be wrong!!! So that I can learn..

Yes, it's an Oriental Scops Owl O sunia. Although I notice you've captioned it Oriental Bay Owl on the first photo.
 
Yes.. that was a mistake.. Too much tired from birding.. But if you note the scientific name, I have mentioned it correctly..
