A Monarch 7 8x30 for a couple of days (1 Viewer)

Tom and Bob, I re-checked the view through my glasses, and I can see the entire field. That is, I can see black surrounding the circles. Now, my eyeglasses are in a flexible, rather rimless frame, not in a hard, thick plastic one - should that make my glasses even thinner than yours. I re-checked the lens' diopter; it's -1.50.

My face shape and the eyeglass lens distance to my eyes may be different from yours, so you really have to try a pair to be sure you can see the entire field.

It does look very cute. ;)

I though it looked like a child's toy when I had it on the neck strap but the view could be mistaken for a half decent 10x50, in daylight of course (I use the 10x30 M7).

Think I would miss the magnification if I went for the 8x also (& already have a good 8x43) as this 10x still has a great wide field of view. So small it does get a bit shaky though so good for no shaking practice or else lean on something.

It is cute though also.
