This beautiful bird appeared on my backyard fence this a.m. I video recorded it singing but I am not computer savvy. The video is amazing! It is mp4?? I was able to take snapshots, but I can't figure out how to post them here. I took a screenshot; that seems to work.

I am in awe of my new feather friend. Most likely it won't visit again.


We have many goldfinch visiting our small birdbath! It is amazing the variety of birds we see.

It's definitely a Kingbird. Im not sure which species though, Western or Cassins...

Western Kingbird for me - white edges on the tail (among other things).
