Birds of Spain - Cat C (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

can somebody point me to the latest status of "Category C" birds and potential candidates for this category in Spain?

Accordig to what I heard
- Red-billed Leiothrix (Leiothrix lutea)
- African Collared Dove (Streptopelia roseogrisea)
are Cat C birds to be found in mainland Spain and
- Black-rumped Waxbill (Estrilada troglodytes)
- Orange-cheeked Waxbill (Estrilda melpoda)
are potential candidates but there seem to be much more.

Can someone provide me information on recent observations of those species and where I should look for them?

Thanks in advance!

Cheers, Matthias

PS: I already know Rose-ringed Parakeet, Monk Parakeet, Common Waxbill, Red Avadavat, Yellow-crowned Bishop, Black-headed weaver :)
