Best place to buy new Russian binos? (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for a pair of BPC 8x30s and I've come across quite a few places but the all seem to have their "issues". Russianoptics.com only has 2nd grade units and binocularsmart.com is a bit pricey. Any other places?

That seems to be the general impediment to the success of Russian optics, the sample variation is too big. At best, they can be world class optics, but too often they are way off the standard. Their military stuff was good, but after the USSR dissolved quality control went out the window in the struggle to survive. It has not yet returned in my limited experience. So the buyer is forced to judge for himself on every item.
