Flycatchers ID - Costa Rica in October (1 Viewer)

Hi - i don't know if these two flycatchers seen mid October in Costa Rica can be identified.

Pic1 + Pic2 is the same bird: Seen near Arenal Observatory Lodge on Oct 12th (600-1100 meters above sea level)
Pic 3: Seen near Caribbean Coast (Cahuita) Oct 24th

I guess it may not be possible to ID them with certainty?

Thanks, Peter
